Breakfast
We serve breakfast every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rich buffet breakfast is available, including a selection of cold and hot dishes, freshly baked bread, local cheeses, fresh fruit, homemade jams, natural juices, and premium coffee or tea. Our special offer also includes meal adjustments for guests with allergies or specific dietary needs.
Lunch
Lunch is served between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. You can choose from à la carte dishes from our extensive menu or enjoy selected items from our daily menu, which we create based on seasonally available ingredients. Our kitchen also offers light meals for business lunches and family gatherings.
Dinner
Dinner is available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our chefs will prepare dishes that combine the tradition of Slovenian cuisine with modern cooking techniques. In addition to classic dishes, we also offer tasting menus that take you on a culinary journey through seasonal flavors.
Restaurant
We recommend visiting our restaurant, where you can enjoy carefully prepared dishes made from game, traditional Slovenian specialties, and meals adapted to the seasons and local ingredients. Our menu also includes options for vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with the kitchen operating until 9:00 PM.
